At Henne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
